Three Thinking Styles

The way a person thinks shapes how that person sees the world. It influences what is noticed, how situations are interpreted, how problems are defined, and how decisions are made. It also affects communication, conflict, leadership expectations, and spiritual understanding.

Conceptual, Holistic, and Intuitional thinkers can observe the same event and reach very different conclusions, not because one is wrong, but because each processes reality in a different way.
